Feeling better starts with a warm welcome
Allow us to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Our admissions team is always on hand to help you complete the registration process as quickly as possible. The admission counter is in our reception area at the Main Atrium on Level 1.
The admission counter is open daily from 7.00am to 9.00pm. Outside of these hours, you may use the admissions counter at the Emergency Department, on Level 1 of the South Wing. The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day.
For registration, please bring along the following:
Your admission letter from your consultant
NRIC, or passport if you are not a Malaysian citizen
If you are registering your child, his/her birth certificate, or MyKid if under 12 years
Your guarantee letter or insurance card, if applicable
You will just need to bring some comfortable attire, your existing medication if any, as well as your preferred reading materials.
For your comfort and convenience, we provide hairdryers, bath robes and slippers and all of our rooms are equipped with satellite television and free Wi-Fi access.
You are strongly advised NOT to bring jewellery, excessive cash or electrical appliances such as electric kettle / cooker / fans. A safe is provided in your room for your convenience, although the hospital will not be liable for any loss or damage to your valuables.
Food & Beverage
Forget everything you've heard about hospital food, and let our award-winning chefs serve you cuisine that wouldn't be out of place in a 5-star hotel. Your stay with us includes breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. If you have specific dietary needs, please inform our admissions team upon check-in. Our in-house dietician can also be on hand to offer dietary advice. We also offer a la carte room service for you and your guests. All food served is Halal.
Reminders
For the comfort and safety of our patients, guests and staff, Prince Court has been designated as a non-smoking facility.
Food and consumables with strong aroma, such as durians, are not allowed in the hospital.
Please do not leave children alone or unattended at any time.
Upon checking out, please ensure that you have not left any personal belongings behind.
The Intensive Care Unit requires that the following precautions be taken:
Children are discouraged from entering the intensive care units. Please check with your nurse whether visiting can be allowed.
Visiting privileges may be temporarily suspended depending on the patient's condition.
Flowers are not allowed in the intensive care units.
Patients are only allowed two visitors at any one time.
Visitors with any recent illnesses/vaccinations are to consult the nurse before entering the unit.
