What you should expect
We strive to make your admission and discharge process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
At registration, it is advisable to bring your admission letter from your consultant, identification card or passport and your Guarantee Letter or insurance card (whichever is applicable). A deposit is required upon admission and the amount is determined by the medical services required as well as the category of room preferred. Please present your Guarantee Letter from the insurance company (if insured) which has established credit facilities with us.
Our checkout time is 12:00 noon. An additional ½ day room fee will be imposed following discharge after noon. For admissions with Guarantee Letters, a prolonged discharge time of 2 hours or more can be expected as insurance companies require considerable time to facilitate the final approval prices.
